Application Process

To apply for membership at the Riverbend Housing Cooperative, please download and complete the application form to send to riverbendhousingcoop@gmail.com.

Please note that only emailed applications will be accepted and cover letters are recommended. Please do not bring physical applications to our cooperative mailing box.

Applicants will be considered for available suites after they pass a full credit, income and reference check and have successfully passed an interview with the Riverbend membership committee. Please read the full application form for details.

 

The non-refundable application fee is $100 is mandatory to cover the processing costs associated with vetting applicants. If your application is selected for processing, you will be contacted to pay the fee. Please send all payments via cheque made payable to Riverbend Housing Co-Op at this address:

Applications are held on file for six months only and then deleted. Please reapply if six months have passed as Riverbend does not automatically add people to the waiting list.
