Application Process
To apply for membership at the Riverbend Housing Cooperative, please download and complete the application form.
Completed application forms should be emailed to riverbendhousingcoop[at]gmail.com. Please note that only emailed applications will be considered. Physical applications left in our coops mailbox will be discarded. It is recommended that you include a cover letter introducing yourself with your application form. Please ensure you have signed the credit and income check consent form at the bottom of the application form.
Applications are held on file for six months only and then deleted. Please reapply every six months to retain your position on the waiting list.
Shortlisted applicants will be considered for available suites after they pass a full credit, income and reference check and have successfully passed an interview with the Riverbend membership committee. Please read the full application form for details.
The non-refundable application fee is $10 is mandatory to cover the processing costs associated with vetting applicants. If your application is shortlisted, you will be contacted to pay the fee. Please send all payments via cheque made payable to Riverbend Housing Co-Op at this address:
